JOSEFIN Joint SME Finance for Innovation

The project Joint SME Finance for Innovation (JOSEFIN), closely linked to BaSIC, aims to improve access to finance for technology oriented SMEs in the Baltic Sea Region and to support their innovation activities, internationalisation of business and to strengthen their competitiveness and sustainable growth. The joint activities focus on developing new or improving existing financial instruments and accompanying coaching programms. JOSEFIN consists of different partners from Germany (Investitionsbank Berlin as Lead partner), Latvia, Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden.
Duration: January 2009–December 2011 (36months)
